Traffic Returns to Normal in Both Directions, JTT Supports Police Discretion to Terminate Local One-Way Scheme on Semarang Sections A, B, C

Semarang (24/03) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) supports the termination of the local one-way traffic engineering scheme under police discretion on the Semarang Toll Road Sections A, B, C to the Batang–Semarang Toll Road, following the normalization of traffic flow in both directions during the Eid al-Fitr 1447H/2026 return flow period at 12:35 WIB.

Previously, the local one-way traffic scheme was implemented from KM 425+800 of the Semarang Toll Road Sections A, B, C to KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate on the Batang–Semarang Toll Road at 10:12 WIB.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, explained that JTT continues to coordinate intensively with the Police.

“JTT’s actions are always aligned with police discretion. Through continuous coordination, it is expected that road users traveling during the Eid return flow can benefit from these measures,” said Ria.

JTT urges all road users to comply with traffic signs and officers’ instructions in the field, ensure that their vehicles are in proper condition, and plan their journeys carefully. Road users are also advised to use rest areas wisely and take breaks when feeling fatigued to ensure a safe and comfortable journey to their destination.
