Update: Local One-Way Implemented from KM 459 Semarang–Solo Toll Road to KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate

Semarang (24/03) — PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT), in coordination with the Police, has adjusted traffic engineering measures to anticipate increased vehicle volume during the Eid al-Fitr 1447H/2026 return flow period in Central Java. Under Police discretion, a local one-way traffic scheme has been implemented from KM 459 of the Semarang–Solo Toll Road to KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate on the Batang–Semarang Toll Road on Tuesday (24/03) at 17:37 WIB.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, explained that JTT, through PT Trans Marga Jateng as the operator of the Semarang–Solo Toll Road and PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang as the operator of the Batang–Semarang Toll Road, continues to coordinate intensively with the Police and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective traffic management.

“This traffic engineering adjustment is implemented situationally, following real-time traffic conditions. Through the implementation of this local one-way scheme, it is expected that traffic distribution toward Jakarta can be better managed, ensuring that road users’ journeys remain smooth and safe,” said Ria.

As part of its support for the traffic management measures, JTT has deployed operational personnel at several strategic points to assist in traffic regulation and provide services to road users. JTT also continuously monitors traffic flow through CCTV systems integrated with the traffic control center to ensure that conditions remain under control.

JTT urges all Trans Java toll road users to remain cautious while driving, maintain a safe following distance, and ensure that their vehicles are in optimal condition before traveling. Road users are also advised to ensure sufficient electronic toll balance and to follow traffic signs as well as officers’ instructions on-site.
