Ensuring Smooth Traffic Flow, JTT Supports the Implementation of Contraflow from KM 55 to KM 65 on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Cikampek (14/05) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) supports the Police’s discretion by implementing a contraflow traffic engineering scheme from KM 55 to KM 65 towards Cikampek on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road starting at 08.11 WIB. This measure was taken as an effort to reduce congestion and maintain smooth traffic flow towards the Cikampek area.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the implementation of the contraflow scheme is a strategic measure to maintain smooth vehicle flow amid increased traffic volume during the 2026 Ascension of Jesus Christ long holiday period. “JTT together with the Police continues to monitor traffic conditions in real-time and take anticipatory measures to ensure vehicle flow remains smooth, safe, and under control,” said Ria.

JTT urges all road users to plan their travel time properly, ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, and confirm sufficient electronic money balance before entering the toll road. Road users are also expected to comply with traffic signs and follow the instructions of officers on site.
