Anticipating Increased Mobility During the 1447H/2026 Eid al-Adha Long Holiday, JTT Prepares Operational Services Across Trans Java
Bekasi (26/05) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has ensured the readiness of operational services across the Trans Java Toll Road network in anticipation of increased public mobility during the 1447H/2026 Eid al-Adha long holiday period, which is projected to take place from May 27, 2026 to June 1, 2026.
In line with the projected increase in traffic volume toward the Trans Java region during the Eid al-Adha long holiday period, JTT has optimized transaction services at the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate by operating 17 toll booths toward Palimanan and 13 toll booths toward Jakarta situationally to support smooth traffic flow in accordance with field traffic conditions.
Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that JTT has also prepared various anticipatory measures to ensure road users can travel safely, comfortably, and smoothly throughout the long holiday period.
“JTT is committed to ensuring the readiness of operational services during the 1447H/2026 Eid al-Adha long holiday period through the optimization of transaction services, traffic services, officer preparedness, and real-time traffic monitoring. All of these measures are carried out to provide safety and comfort for road users traveling across the Trans Java region,” said Ria.
JTT ensures operational service readiness throughout the Trans Java region through the optimization of transaction booths and operational officer preparedness at major toll gates, particularly on toll road sections with potential traffic volume increases such as the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, Palimanan–Kanci Toll Road, Semarang Sections A, B, and C, as well as the Surabaya–Gempol Toll Road. In addition, JTT has deployed 24-hour traffic service fleets consisting of 31 tow trucks, 7 ambulances, 6 rescue vehicles, 17 Highway Patrol (PJR) units, and 19 Mobile Customer Service (MCS) units to support emergency handling, maintain smooth traffic flow, and provide safety and comfort for road users during the 1447H/2026 Eid al-Adha long holiday period.
Traffic conditions are monitored in real-time through CCTV systems integrated with the information control center and supported by Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) to provide the latest traffic information to road users. JTT also continues to coordinate with the Police and related stakeholders in anticipating potential traffic congestion. If necessary, traffic engineering measures will be implemented situationally based on Police discretion and adjusted to traffic conditions in the field.
Ria added that JTT urges road users to plan their journeys properly, ensure vehicles are in prime condition, avoid driving while fatigued, and ensure sufficient electronic money balance before entering toll roads. Road users are also advised to always comply with traffic signs and officers’ instructions in the field.
JTT also encourages road users to access the latest traffic information through Jasa Marga Group’s official channels, including the 24-hour Call Center at 133, the Travoy application, and the company’s official social media accounts to support safe, smooth, and comfortable travel during the 1447H/2026 Eid al-Adha long holiday period.
