Karawang (10/07) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) optimized security measures and operational services at the KM 57A Rest Area on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road during the inauguration of the B50 Biosolar implementation by the President of the Republic of Indonesia on Thursday (09/07). Various operational measures were undertaken to support the smooth execution of the event while ensuring that road users continued to receive safe, comfortable, and reliable services.
As one of the strategic rest areas along the Trans Java Toll Road corridor, the KM 57A Rest Area plays an important role in supporting road user mobility. Throughout the event, JTT ensured that all facilities and services at the rest area remained fully operational, allowing road users to continue their journeys without disruption.
Acting Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, stated that JTT remains committed to providing the best possible service to road users, including during the implementation of national events within the Company's operational areas.
"JTT ensured that all operational aspects, including security, customer services, and traffic management around the KM 57A Rest Area, were carried out optimally. Through close coordination with all relevant stakeholders, we worked to ensure that the event proceeded safely, orderly, and without compromising the comfort and convenience of road users," said Dary.
During the event, JTT coordinated closely with the Indonesian National Police, the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Transportation, PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, and other relevant agencies. This coordination was carried out to ensure that the entire event proceeded safely and orderly without disrupting traffic flow on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.
In addition, JTT optimized operational services by deploying Mobile Customer Service officers, implementing traffic management in coordination with the Police, monitoring traffic conditions in real time through the Traffic Monitoring Center, and providing information to road users via Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Jasa Marga Group's official social media channels, and the Travoy application. These measures were taken to ensure that road user mobility remained smooth throughout the event.
Dary added that JTT will continue to enhance service quality across all toll road sections and rest areas under its management as part of the Company's commitment to providing road users with a safe, comfortable, and secure travel experience.
"The KM 57A Rest Area is one of the key service facilities along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. JTT will continue to maintain service reliability, strengthen safety measures, and deliver responsive services to ensure road users can travel safely and comfortably," Dary added.
