Celebrating National Consumer Day, JTT Delivers Sweet Surprises for Trans Java Toll Road Users

Bekasi (20/04) – In commemoration of National Consumer Day, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) distributed a total of 400 gift packages to toll road users simultaneously at several toll gates along the Trans Java network on Monday, April 20, 2026.

This initiative represents JTT’s appreciation for road users who have entrusted their journeys to the toll roads managed by the company. The distribution of gift packages was carried out at five strategic toll gates, namely Bekasi Barat Toll Gate and Cikampek Utama Toll Gate on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, Ciperna Toll Gate on the Palimanan–Kanci Toll Road, Krapyak Toll Gate on the Semarang Toll Road Sections A, B, and C, as well as Kejapanan Toll Gate on the Surabaya–Gempol Toll Road.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the momentum of National Consumer Day serves as an important reminder for JTT to consistently place toll road consumers or road users as the top priority in every service provided.

“For us, ensuring that consumers can enjoy reliable services on toll roads is essential. Therefore, JTT’s presence as part of the nation’s connectivity journey must continue to be strengthened. Through this National Consumer Day initiative, we would like to express our appreciation for the public’s trust while reaffirming our commitment to serving with dedication,” said Ria.

Furthermore, Ria added that the commemoration of National Consumer Day serves as a positive momentum for JTT to continue innovating and enhancing service quality across all Trans Java toll road sections. Every piece of feedback and trust from customers is regarded as a vital foundation for the company to grow and deliver an increasingly improved travel experience.
