Prioritizing User Comfort, JTT Continues Road Maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (22/08) – As part of its commitment to maintaining the highest service standards and ensuring driving comfort for toll road users, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) continues its road maintenance work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 JTT, Amri Sanusi, explained that the reconstruction is carried out based on evaluations of road conditions at several points. “The work will be conducted at several points, namely KM 32, KM 37, and the On Ramp starting Saturday, 23 August 2025 until Saturday, 30 August 2025. During this period, the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road will operate normally in both directions,” said Amri.

The schedule and locations of the work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road are as follows:

1.Saturday (23/08) at 08:00 WIB to Thursday (28/08) at 11:00 WIB: road reconstruction at KM 37+087 to KM 37+244 heading toward Cikampek, lane 1 and 2

2.Sunday (24/08) at 16:00 WIB to Monday (25/08) at 06:00 WIB: road reconstruction on the Cikunir On Ramp toward Cikampek, lane 2

3.Monday (25/08) at 08:00 WIB to Saturday (30/08) at 08:00 WIB: road reconstruction at KM 32+646 to KM 32+523, KM 32+505 to KM 32+478, and KM 32+448 to KM 32+362 heading toward Jakarta, lane 1 and 2

Meanwhile, VP Corporate Secretary & Legal PT JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that several mitigation measures have been prepared to maintain traffic flow. “We have deployed personnel, managed traffic flow around the work area, narrowed the work zone, and prepared contraflow if needed. Coordination with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) has also been carried out to support smooth traffic,” said Ria.

Ria added that public information has been disseminated through advisory banners and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) in both directions of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We urge road users to plan their trips, ensure their vehicles are in good condition, have sufficient electronic toll balance, and refuel as well as charge their devices before departing. Always obey traffic signs, especially around the work zones,” she concluded.

Traffic information for Jasa Marga Group toll roads can be accessed through the 24-hour One Call Center at 14080 and the Travoy 4.5 application for iOS and Android users.
