Adjustment of Traffic Engineering During Idulfitri 1447H Return Flow on Trans Java Toll Road

Semarang (25/03) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road (JTT) together with the Police has carried out adjustments to traffic engineering to anticipate the increase in vehicle volume during the Idulfitri 1447H/2026 return flow period on the Trans Java Toll Road.

Based on Police discretion, a local one way traffic scheme has been implemented from KM 425+800 of the Semarang Section A, B, C Toll Road to KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate (GT) of the Batang–Semarang Toll Road on Wednesday (25/03) at 11:55 WIB.

At the same time, adjustments were also made to the traffic engineering scheme on the Trans Java toll road, where traffic from KM 414 Kalikangkung Toll Gate of the Batang–Semarang Toll Road to KM 263 of the Pejagan–Pemalang Toll Road has returned to normal in both directions, while from KM 263 of the Pejagan–Pemalang Toll Road to KM 70 Cikampek Utama Toll Gate of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, a one way traffic scheme is still in effect.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the adjustment of traffic engineering is carried out dynamically following traffic conditions in the field. “This adjustment is implemented situationally based on Police discretion by considering real-time traffic conditions. JTT together with the Police continues to monitor the situation to ensure traffic flow is well distributed so that road users can travel smoothly and safely,” said Ria.

JTT urges all Trans Java toll road users to prioritize safety while driving, ensure that both driver and vehicle are in prime condition, maintain a safe distance, and ensure sufficient electronic toll balance before traveling. Road users are also expected to follow the instructions of officers in the field as well as applicable traffic signs.
