Ensuring Optimal Services During the Homecoming Flow, JTT Deploys Hundreds of On-Call Personnel Across Trans Java Sections

Cikampek (18/03) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) ensures the readiness of operational services across all Trans Java Toll Road sections by deploying hundreds of on-call personnel during the Idulfitri 1447H/2026 homecoming period. This measure is part of the company’s commitment to maintaining smooth traffic flow and delivering the best service to road users.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that personnel readiness is a key aspect in ensuring toll road operations remain optimal amid the potential increase in traffic volume during the homecoming period.

“PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol has deployed a total of 574 on-call personnel across all Trans Java Toll Road sections. These personnel are ready to be mobilized at any time to handle various emergency conditions and potential traffic disruptions that may occur during the period of increased public mobility,” said Ria.

In addition to on-call personnel, JTT also strengthens operational support through the readiness of toll road service fleets, including tow trucks, highway patrol units, and rescue services stationed at strategic points along the Trans Java corridor, while also coordinating intensively with the Police, the Ministry of Transportation, and other relevant stakeholders.

Ria added that all operational personnel remain fully prepared to provide dedicated service to ensure that traffic engineering measures are implemented effectively and deliver optimal impact on traffic flow.

“Through the readiness of personnel and adequate operational support, JTT is committed to delivering a safe, comfortable, and smooth homecoming journey for all road users,” she added.

JTT also urges all road users to properly prepare for their journeys, ensure their vehicles are in optimal condition, maintain sufficient electronic money balance, and comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers on duty.
