Services Remain Excellent During Easter Holiday, JTT on Standby Across All Trans Java Toll Roads
Bekasi (02/04) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) ensures that services remain excellent and fully operational across all Trans Java toll road sections during the Easter holiday period. This commitment is demonstrated through the optimization of operational services to maintain smooth traffic flow, safety, and travel comfort for road users during various occasions, including national holidays.
Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that JTT consistently maintains service quality across all toll road sections through integrated operational readiness. “JTT ensures that all service lines continue to operate optimally, ranging from transaction services at toll gates, traffic management, to road user services. This is part of our commitment to delivering a safe, comfortable, and reliable travel experience,” said Ria.
JTT has optimized services across four main toll road sections, namely the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, the Palimanan–Kanci Toll Road, the Semarang Toll Road Sections A, B, and C, and the Surabaya–Gempol Toll Road. At transaction points, JTT operates toll booths at maximum capacity and deploys Mobile Readers (MR) to anticipate potential increases in traffic volume, particularly during peak travel hours.
In addition, JTT ensures the readiness of traffic service fleets, including 29 tow trucks, 7 ambulances, 6 rescue units, 17 Highway Patrol units (PJR), and 19 Mobile Customer Service (MCS) units that are on standby 24 hours. Traffic conditions are monitored in real time through CCTV integrated with the central traffic control center and supported by Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) to provide up-to-date information to road users.
In terms of Rest Area services, JTT together with rest area operators ensures the availability of public facilities such as toilets, clean water, parking areas, as well as environmental cleanliness and security to support the comfort of road users throughout their journey.
JTT also continues to coordinate with the Police to anticipate potential traffic congestion, including the implementation of traffic management measures when necessary in accordance with Police discretion.
JTT urges all road users to plan their trips carefully, ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, and verify sufficient electronic toll balance before entering the toll road. Road users are also encouraged to comply with traffic signs and follow the instructions of on-site officers to ensure collective safety.
