JTT Continues Road Maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road to Support User Comfort

Bekasi (30/08) – As part of its commitment to maintaining service quality and ensuring user comfort, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) is once again carrying out maintenance work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 JTT, Amri Sanusi, stated that the road reconstruction is carried out based on evaluations of field conditions. “Repairs are being conducted at several points, namely KM 34, KM 25, and the On Ramp, starting Saturday, 30 August 2025 until Friday, 5 September 2025. Throughout the work period, the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road will continue operating normally in both directions,” said Amri.

The schedule and locations of the work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road are as follows:

1.Saturday (30/08) at 01:00 WIB to Thursday (04/09) at 12:00 WIB: road reconstruction at KM 34+755 to KM 34+965 heading toward Cikampek, lane 2

2.Sunday (31/08) at 13:00 WIB to Monday (01/09) at 07:00 WIB: road reconstruction on the Cikunir On Ramp heading toward Cikampek, lane 2

3.Sunday (31/08) at 21:00 WIB to Friday (05/09) at 20:00 WIB: road reconstruction at KM 25+818 to KM 25+419 heading toward Jakarta, lane 1 and 2

VP Corporate Secretary & Legal PT JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that several mitigation measures have been prepared to maintain smooth traffic flow. “We have deployed personnel, managed traffic flow around the work area, narrowed the work zone, and prepared contraflow if needed. Coordination with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) has also been carried out to maintain traffic smoothness,” said Ria.

To support the dissemination of information, JTT has conducted socialization through advisory banners and message displays on Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, in both Jakarta- and Cikampek-bound directions.

Ria continued, “We apologize for any inconvenience caused. We urge road users to plan their trips, ensure their vehicles are in good condition, have sufficient electronic toll balance, refuel their vehicles, and charge their devices before departing. Always obey traffic signs, especially around the work zones,” she concluded.

Traffic information for Jasa Marga Group toll roads can be accessed through the 24-hour One Call Center at 14080 and the Travoy 4.5 application for iOS and Android users.
