JTT Conducts Road Maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road Section

Bekasi (06/05) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) is carrying out road maintenance works at KM 28+175 on the A carriageway towards Cikampek of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road as part of efforts to maintain the safety, security, and comfort of road users after officers identified road surface conditions requiring immediate handling at the location.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Amri Sanusi, explained that JTT promptly carried out handling measures at the location after receiving a report from field officers to ensure traffic conditions remained safe and under control. “After receiving the report on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 21.13 WIB, the JTT team immediately proceeded to the location and conducted initial handling measures by closing lane 3 and lane 4 at 21.45 WIB to support the handling process and maintain the safety of road users,” said Amri.

Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that JTT, together with relevant stakeholders, continues to conduct evaluations and accelerate handling efforts at the work location. “JTT continues to carry out intensive monitoring and coordination with related parties to ensure the handling process runs optimally so that the safety and comfort of road users can be maintained,” explained Ria.

Currently, JTT is evaluating the existing subgrade soil condition as the basis for further handling measures at the location. During the handling process, road users are advised to anticipate travel time, ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, maintain a safe distance, and comply with traffic signs as well as instructions from officers on site, particularly around the work area.

Ria added, “JTT apologizes for the inconvenience caused by these handling activities. We urge road users to remain cautious and follow the instructions of officers for the safety of all road users,” said Ria.
