Maintain Infrastructure Reliability, JTT Conducts Routine Maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Cikampek (04/05) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) continues to carry out periodic maintenance works on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road as part of its commitment to maintaining infrastructure reliability. Considering the high traffic volume along the toll road section, preventive maintenance measures are necessary to ensure optimal road conditions and provide safe and comfortable travel for road users.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Amri Sanusi, stated that as part of the company’s efforts to maintain toll road service quality, JTT will carry out preventive maintenance activities in the form of pavement reconstruction works on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.

“In line with our commitment to maintaining infrastructure reliability, JTT has scheduled preventive maintenance activities in the form of pavement reconstruction works at KM 57+945 to KM 57+845 on the B carriageway towards Jakarta, specifically on lane 1, starting from Monday (04/05) at 08.00 WIB until Sunday (10/05) at 02.00 WIB. During the work period, situational traffic management arrangements will be implemented to ensure the safety of road users and maintain smooth traffic flow,” said Amri.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, explained that the maintenance activities are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to maintain the Minimum Service Standards (SPM) of the toll road and ensure optimal infrastructure conditions for road users. “Through these maintenance activities and pavement quality improvement works, we aim to ensure that road users can continue traveling safely and comfortably, while also maintaining the reliability of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road as one of the main mobility corridors for the public. As part of our early notification efforts to road users, JTT will also disseminate information regarding these works through the installation of work information banners and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) along the toll road section,” said Ria.

Furthermore, Ria expressed her apologies for any potential inconvenience caused during the work period. She also urged all road users to remain cautious when passing through the work area. “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that may arise due to these works. Road users are advised to comply with traffic signs and follow the instructions of officers on site, as well as anticipate travel time adjustments when passing through the work area. The latest traffic information on Jasa Marga toll roads can also be accessed through the 24-hour Jasa Marga One Call Center at 133 or via the Travoy application,” concluded Ria.
