Ensuring Traffic Flow, JTT Supports the Implementation of Contraflow from KM 23 to KM 28 on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Cikampek (06/05) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) supports the Police’s discretion in implementing a traffic engineering scheme in the form of contraflow from KM 23 to KM 28 towards Cikampek on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road starting at 11.25 WIB. This measure was taken as an effort to reduce congestion and maintain smooth traffic flow towards the Jakarta area.

Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that based on the Police’s discretion, JTT implemented the contraflow traffic engineering scheme to maintain smooth vehicle flow due to ongoing road condition handling at the affected location.

“As part of efforts to maintain smooth traffic flow and support the handling process at the affected location, a situational contraflow scheme has been implemented on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road based on the Police’s discretion. JTT together with related officers continues to carry out traffic management and field monitoring to ensure that road users can travel safely and smoothly,” said Ria.

JTT apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these handling activities and expresses appreciation for the patience and understanding of road users. JTT urges all road users to plan their travel time properly, ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, and confirm sufficient electronic money balance before entering the toll road. Road users are also advised to always comply with traffic signs and follow the instructions of officers on site.
