Increasing the Comfort of Road Users, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Conducts Road Reconstruction Works on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (02/02) – As part of its efforts to enhance comfort for road users and to meet the Minimum Service Standards (SPM), Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, as the operator of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, is carrying out road reconstruction works on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road.

The reconstruction works are located at KM 31+750 to KM 31+720 towards Jakarta on lanes 1 and 2 of the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, scheduled from Monday (03/02) at 08.00 WIB to Saturday (08/02) at 06.00 WIB.

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol has prepared several mitigation measures including traffic diversion before the work zone, narrowing of the work area, preparation of contraflow if traffic conditions become congested, as well as coordination with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) for traffic management.

To ensure that this information reaches road users effectively, PT JTT has also conducted socialization of the planned works by installing outdoor media such as work advisory banners and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road in both Jakarta- and Cikampek-bound directions.

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol apologizes for any inconvenience caused by these works.

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol urges all road users to plan their travel time, ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, have sufficient electronic toll balance, and fully charge electric vehicles and refuel before starting their journey. Always drive carefully and follow traffic signs, especially around the work zone.

Traffic information for Jasa Marga Group toll roads can be accessed through the 24-hour One Call Center at 14080 and the Travoy 4.4 application for iOS and Android users.
