Semarang (17/03) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has prepared various operational services on the Semarang Toll Road Section A, B, C in order to support the planned implementation of local one way traffic engineering by the Police to anticipate increased vehicle volume during the Idulfitri 1447H/2026 homecoming period.
A number of strategic measures have been prepared to ensure smooth traffic flow and maintain the safety and comfort of road users during the implementation of the traffic engineering scheme.
Senior Manager Representative Office 2 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, M. In supporting smooth operations during the homecoming period and the potential implementation of local one way, JTT ensures the readiness of transaction services at toll gates with a total of 9 toll gates equipped with 37 toll booths and OAB, as well as the support of 14 mobile reader units to accelerate vehicle transaction processes.

These fleets include Mobile Customer Service vehicles, ambulances, rescue units, tow trucks, patrol vehicles, carrier vehicles, and cranes that are ready to be deployed at any time.
In addition, traffic conditions are monitored in real time through 65 CCTV units, Variable Message Signs (VMS), and digital traffic information systems that can be accessed by the public through the Travoy application. To support traffic monitoring during the homecoming period, JTT has also prepared several monitoring posts located at strategic points, including Monitoring Post KM 428+600, Jangli Ring Road Monitoring Post, Monitoring Post KM 421 A, and Monitoring Post KM 430.
Furthermore, JTT ensures that toll road infrastructure conditions remain optimal through strengthened road preservation services on the Semarang ABC Section. JTT has also carried out infrastructure improvement works through the construction of the Jangli diversion channel at KM 429+600 of the Semarang Section C, aimed at supporting traffic flow management during the homecoming period. This work has been carried out since January 2026 and is now ready for use as part of traffic management scenarios if required.

This rest area is equipped with various supporting facilities such as parking areas for large and small vehicles, male and female restroom facilities, a mosque/prayer room, dining areas and minimarkets, general workshops, and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU). In addition, the area also provides several MSME outlets offering a variety of culinary options and local products for road users taking a break.
