2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, JTT Strengthens Its Strategy for Sustainable Trans Java Operations
Bekasi (23/06) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Tuesday (23/06) as a forum for corporate accountability while reinforcing the Company's strategic direction in supporting sustainable growth.
The AGMS forms part of the Company's commitment to implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and serves as a platform to evaluate the Company's performance throughout the 2025 financial year, as well as to discuss various strategic agendas that support the sustainability of its business and operations along the Trans Java Toll Road corridor.
Throughout the 2025 financial year, JTT continued to deliver positive performance through the enhancement of operational services, improvement of toll road infrastructure reliability, human capital development, digital transformation, and the implementation of various sustainability programs that create added value for the Company and its stakeholders.
Acting Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, stated that the achievements throughout 2025 have established a solid foundation for the Company to continue growing and adapting amid the dynamic infrastructure industry.
“The 2025 financial year demonstrated JTT's resilience and adaptability in responding to the evolving infrastructure industry. The Company's positive achievements have become an important foundation for strengthening business sustainability, enhancing service quality for road users, and creating added value for all stakeholders. Through the outcomes of this AGMS, JTT is increasingly optimistic about continuing its transformation and sustainable growth,” said Dary.
In addition to focusing on operational and business performance, JTT has continued to strengthen the implementation of sustainability principles through various environmental programs consistently carried out across all of its operational areas. Throughout 2025, JTT planted a total of 11,607 trees along the Trans Java corridor as part of its efforts to support environmental conservation, enhance green spaces, and promote more sustainable toll road operations.
The greening program forms part of the Company's commitment to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its business strategy. In addition to delivering ecological benefits, the initiative is expected to generate positive impacts for communities surrounding the operational areas of the Trans Java Toll Road.
Going forward, JTT will continue to strengthen strategic initiatives that support the Company's sustainability, including improving service quality, advancing innovation and digitalization, reinforcing its safety culture, and implementing social and environmental responsibility programs that deliver long-term benefits to the community.
Through the outcomes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, JTT remains optimistic about continuing to create sustainable value for shareholders, road users, and all stakeholders while further strengthening its role as a reliable toll road operator in supporting national connectivity and economic growth.
