Toll Tariff Discounts Implemented Today on Trans Java Toll Roads, JTT Continues to Monitor Traffic Passing Through Cikampek Utama Toll Gate

Cikampek (15/03) – In line with the implementation of toll tariff discounts on several Trans Java toll road sections starting today, vehicle mobility towards the eastern region continues to show an increase. PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) recorded a total of 168,863 vehicles traveling eastbound through Cikampek Utama Toll Gate during the H-10 to H-7 period (March 11–14, 2026). This volume increased by 41.71% compared to the normal traffic volume of 119,157 vehicles.

Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated, “Currently, the number of operational toll booths serving transactions at Cikampek Utama Toll Gate is 30 booths, consisting of 19 booths towards the Trans Java direction and 11 booths towards Jakarta. The operation of these booths is optimized situationally in accordance with traffic volume conditions to ensure smooth vehicle transactions at the toll gate.”

Ria added that, to date, no traffic engineering measures have been implemented on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road Section, and traffic conditions at Cikampek Utama Toll Gate remain safe and under control.

Ria further explained that, in line with the increase in mobility, Jasa Marga Group has implemented toll tariff discount programs on several Trans Java sections to provide more affordable travel for road users. “One of these includes a 30% discount for road users undertaking continuous journeys from Cikampek Utama Toll Gate to Kalikangkung Toll Gate during the homecoming flow period, which has been in effect since 00.00 WIB on March 15, 2026, until 24.00 WIB on March 16, 2026. Specifically, on the Batang–Semarang Section managed by PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB), road users will also receive an additional discount, bringing the total toll tariff reduction to approximately 46%. In addition, JSB has already implemented a toll tariff discount of around 23% for all transactions on the Batang–Semarang Section, effective from March 12 to March 31, 2026,” explained Ria.

Meanwhile, vehicles traveling from the eastern Trans Java region towards Jakarta through Cikampek Utama Toll Gate were recorded at 108,732 vehicles, an increase of 0.83% compared to the normal traffic volume of 107,840 vehicles.

An increase in traffic volume was also observed across several toll road sections managed by the JTT Group in Central Java and East Java.

Central Java Region
a. Kalikangkung Toll Gate
Vehicles heading towards Semarang were recorded at 88,964 vehicles (up 30.62% from the normal volume of 68,111 vehicles). Meanwhile, vehicles leaving Semarang were recorded at 61,536 vehicles (up 4.68% from the normal volume of 58,787 vehicles).

b. Banyumanik Toll Gate
Traffic heading towards Solo was recorded at 110,838 vehicles (up 17.10% from the normal volume of 94,653 vehicles). Meanwhile, traffic heading towards Jakarta reached 73,059 vehicles (up 3.51% from the normal volume of 70,580 vehicles).

East Java Region
a. Warugunung Toll Gate
Vehicles heading towards Surabaya were recorded at 88,743 vehicles (up 10.31% from the normal volume of 80,451 vehicles), while traffic heading towards Jakarta reached 85,662 vehicles (up 11.14% from the normal volume of 77,074 vehicles).

b. Kejapanan Utama Toll Gate
A total of 91,002 vehicles were recorded heading towards Malang (down 4.83% from the normal volume of 95,617 vehicles), and 93,572 vehicles heading towards Surabaya (down 4.07% from the normal volume of 97,541 vehicles).

c. Singosari Toll Gate
Vehicles heading towards Malang were recorded at 52,554 vehicles (down 6.00% from the normal volume of 55,909 vehicles), while traffic heading towards Surabaya reached 48,828 vehicles (up 1.92% from the normal volume of 47,908 vehicles).

PT JTT urges Trans Java toll road users to continue prioritizing safety, plan their journeys properly, ensure that both vehicle and driver are in optimal condition, and ensure sufficient fuel and electronic money balance before traveling.
