Continued Maintenance on Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, JTT Reaffirms Commitment to Maintaining Toll Road Quality
Bekasi (21/11) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) continues to carry out routine maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to maintaining toll road infrastructure quality. This work is conducted to ensure user comfort and safety, as well as to provide a safe, smooth, and optimal driving experience for the public.
Senior Manager Representative Office 1 JTT, Amri Sanusi, stated that the series of maintenance activities will be carried out from Friday, 21 November 2025 to Saturday, 29 November 2025 at several points along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road:
1.Simpang Susun Cikunir On Ramp towards Jakarta/Cikampek, lane 2 on Friday (21/11) at 23:00 WIB – Monday (24/11) at 08:00 WIB
2.Citarum River Bridge KM 01+517 Karawang Timur towards Jakarta and Cikampek, On Ramp lane on Friday (21/11) at 20:00 WIB – Thursday (27/11) at 07:00 WIB
3.KM 28+169 to KM 28+064 towards Jakarta, lanes 1 and 2 on Saturday (22/11) at 09:00 WIB — Friday (28/11) at 12:00 WIB
4.KM 61+905 to KM 61+500 towards Jakarta, lane 1 and outer shoulder on Monday (24/11) at 09:00 WIB – Saturday (29/11) at 16:00 WIB
5.KM 26+088 to KM 25+954 towards Jakarta, lane 1 on Monday (24/11) at 09:00 WIB — Saturday (29/11) at 20:00 WIB
Meanwhile, JTT VP Corporate Secretary & Legal, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that JTT has prepared anticipatory measures to maintain smooth traffic flow during the work period, “During the ongoing maintenance, the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road will continue to operate normally in both directions. We have deployed standby personnel, narrowed the work areas, prepared contraflow schemes when needed, and coordinated with Highway Patrol Police to ensure traffic runs smoothly and safely,” said Ria.
To ensure the information is conveyed properly, JTT has also provided announcements through onsite advisory banners and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) in both directions of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. “We apologize for any inconvenience that may arise during the maintenance period. We urge road users to plan their travel time, ensure their vehicles are in proper condition, and follow traffic signs and instructions from our personnel,” added Ria.
For the latest information, road users can access the 24-hour Jasa Marga One Call Center at 14080 or the Travoy 4.5 application available on iOS and Android.
Ria further emphasized that the maintenance conducted by JTT is not only focused on technical aspects but also reflects the company’s commitment to providing the best service. “For us, maintaining toll road quality is a commitment to wholeheartedly serving road users. We want to ensure that every journey is safe, comfortable, and smooth, so that the benefits are truly felt by the entire community,” she said.
