Ensure Optimal Toll Road Quality, JTT Continues Maintenance on Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (29/11) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) continues routine maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to maintaining optimal toll road infrastructure quality. This work is carried out to ensure user comfort and safety, as well as to provide the public with a driving experience that is safe, smooth, and optimal.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 JTT, Amri Sanusi, stated that the series of maintenance works will take place from Friday, 28 November 2025 to Saturday, 6 December 2025 at several points on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road;

1.KM 33+680 to KM 35+645 Jakarta direction lane 1 and 2 on Friday (28/11) at 20.00 — Monday (01/12) at 05.00 WIB

2.On Ramp Karawang Timur 1 Jakarta direction lane 2 on Friday (28/11) at 23.00 WIB – Monday (01/12) at 11.00 WIB

3.KM 35+782 to KM 35+922 Cikampek direction lane 2 on Saturday (29/11) at 10.00 WIB – Friday (05/12) at 10.00 WIB

4.KM 61+500 to KM 61+425 Jakarta direction lane 1 on Monday (01/12) at 09.00 WIB — Thursday (04/12) at 07.00 WIB

5.KM 34+977 to KM 34+879 Jakarta direction lane 1 and 2 on Monday (01/12) at 09.00 WIB – Thursday (01/12) at 17.00 WIB

6.KM 25+954 to KM 25+820 Jakarta direction outer shoulder lane on Monday (01/12) at 09.00 — Saturday (06/12) at 22.00 WIB

VP Corporate Secretary & Legal JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that every maintenance activity is always preceded by thorough readiness to maintain smooth travel for road users. “During the maintenance work, the operation of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road remains normal in both directions. Our officers are on standby at the site, we narrow the working area, and we prepare contraflow schemes if needed. All of this is done to ensure traffic remains smooth and safe,” said Ria.

To ensure that information is clearly received by road users, JTT also disseminates notifications through signage at the work locations and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) in both directions of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. “We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur during the work. We urge road users to plan their travel time, ensure their vehicle is in good condition, and follow traffic signs and officer instructions,” she continued.

Ria further added that for JTT, road maintenance is not just a technical task, but also a form of care. “We want every journey to be a safe and comfortable experience. Maintaining the toll road is, for us, a way to preserve public comfort—a service we strive to provide wholeheartedly,” she said.

With a spirit of service and responsibility, JTT believes that every repair carried out is a small but meaningful step in keeping travel comfortable. These continuous efforts are also aligned with the spirit of Asta Cita in strengthening infrastructure equity and national connectivity. Through consistent and committed work, JTT continues to maintain the reliability of the Trans Java Toll Road as a route that connects people, places, and hopes.
