JTT Ensures User Comfort, Continues Road Maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (19/10) – As a form of commitment to maintaining service quality and providing a safe and comfortable driving experience, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) continues routine maintenance activities on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. This activity is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to ensure that the toll road remains in prime condition for public use.

Senior Manager of Representative Office 1 JTT, Amri Sanusi, explained that the work is carried out based on regular monitoring and field condition evaluations. “This maintenance is our effort to preserve the quality of the toll road and provide a better driving experience. The work is conducted from Friday, 17 October to Friday, 24 October 2025 at several points, namely KM 36, KM 65, On Ramps, and Bridges. During the work, the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road continues to operate normally in both directions,” said Amri.

Below are the schedules and locations of the maintenance activities on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road:

1.On Ramp Cikampek Utama 2 Toll Gate towards Cikampek lane 1 on Friday (17/10) at 23:00 WIB – Tuesday (21/10) at 09:00 WIB

2.Citarum River Bridge KM 01+517 Karawang Timur Ramp lane towards Jakarta on Friday (17/10) at 19:00 WIB – Friday (24/10) at 10:00 WIB

3.On Ramp Cikunir towards Cikampek lane 2 on Saturday (18/10) at 13:00 WIB – Monday (20/10) at 05:00 WIB

4.KM 33+982 to KM 32+800 towards Jakarta lanes 1 and 2 on Saturday (18/10) at 09:00 WIB – Friday (24/10) at 10:00 WIB

Meanwhile, VP Corporate Secretary & Legal JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, conveyed that JTT has prepared various anticipatory measures to maintain smooth traffic flow during the maintenance works. “We have deployed standby personnel on-site, implemented traffic management, narrowed work areas, and prepared contraflow routes if needed. We are also coordinating with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) to ensure traffic remains smooth and controlled,” said Ria.

As part of its commitment to transparency, JTT is also disseminating information about the ongoing works through advisory banners and messages displayed on Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) in both directions of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.

Ria added, “We apologize for any inconvenience experienced by road users during the maintenance process. We urge users to plan their travel time, ensure their vehicle is in optimal condition, prepare sufficient electronic toll balance, and refuel as well as charge their devices before traveling. Please also obey all signs and instructions from officers, especially around the work areas.”
