JTT Urges Road Users to Plan Their Journeys During Maintenance Works on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (09/06) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) urges road users to anticipate their travel time as routine maintenance works continue at several locations along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. The maintenance activities, which commenced on Friday, June 5, 2026, are part of JTT's commitment to maintaining infrastructure reliability and ensuring high-quality services for road users.

Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the maintenance works are being carried out in phases according to schedule without any full road closures, while traffic management measures are implemented as needed around the work areas.

“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or traffic delays that road users may experience during these maintenance works. The pavement reconstruction activities began on June 8, 2026, and are currently ongoing at several locations along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. JTT continues to maintain the reliability of this toll road section through routine maintenance to ensure it remains safe, comfortable, and reliable for road users. The ongoing works include KM 15+400 to KM 15+269 toward Jakarta on Lane 1, KM 27+130 to KM 26+980 toward Jakarta on Lane 1, as well as several other work locations that will be carried out in stages through Friday, June 12, 2026,” said Ria.

Throughout the maintenance period, JTT, in coordination with the Indonesian National Police, is implementing situational traffic management to ensure the safety of road users while maintaining smooth traffic flow. The work areas have also been equipped with safety devices in accordance with operational standards and are supported by information disseminated through Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Jasa Marga Group's official social media channels, and advisory banners installed around the work locations.

Ria added that JTT continues to minimize the impact of the maintenance works on traffic by ensuring that every stage of the project is carried out effectively and in a well-coordinated manner.

“We would also like to express our appreciation and gratitude to all road users for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the maintenance period. We encourage road users to plan their journeys carefully, ensure that both their vehicles and drivers are in good condition, maintain a safe following distance, and comply with traffic signs as well as instructions from officers on duty,” Ria concluded.
