JTT Records 158 Thousand Vehicles Entering From the Eastern Trans Java Region Ahead of New Year Holidays
Cikampek (30/12) – From D-6 to D-3 (26–29 December) ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol recorded a total of 158,488 vehicles entering from the Eastern Trans Java region. The total traffic volume entering through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) increased by 34.2% compared to normal traffic of 118,130 vehicles.
Meanwhile, for vehicles heading toward the Eastern Trans Java region, a total of 160,340 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 35.88% compared to normal traffic of 117,998 vehicles.
PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol also recorded traffic volumes during D-6 to D-3 ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday in Central Java and East Java regions as follows:
1.Central Java Region
a. Kalikangkung Toll Gate
The traffic volume leaving Semarang through the Kalikangkung Toll Gate during D-6 to D-3 ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday reached 100,013 vehicles, an increase of 72.27% from normal traffic of 58,057 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Semarang, a total of 95,014 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 57.92% from normal traffic of 60,166 vehicles.
b. Banyumanik Toll Gate
During D-6 to D-3 ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday, a total of 127,777 vehicles heading toward Jakarta via the Banyumanik Toll Gate were recorded, an increase of 65.51% from normal traffic of 77,204 vehicles. Meanwhile, 140,949 vehicles heading toward Solo were recorded, an increase of 47.52% from normal traffic of 95,544 vehicles.
2.East Java Region
a. Warugunung Toll Gate
During D-6 to D-3 ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday, a total of 95,955 vehicles heading toward Jakarta via the Warugunung Toll Gate were recorded, an increase of 28.76% from normal traffic of 74,521 vehicles. For vehicles heading toward Surabaya via Warugunung Toll Gate, 100,180 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 28.85% from normal traffic of 77,748 vehicles.
b. Kejapanan Utama Toll Gate
During D-6 to D-3 ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday, a total of 130,003 vehicles heading toward Surabaya were recorded, an increase of 24.61% from normal traffic of 104,332 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Malang, a total of 125,378 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 25.90% from normal traffic of 99,582 vehicles.
c. Singosari Toll Gate
During D-6 to D-3 ahead of the 2025 New Year holiday, a total of 67,527 vehicles heading toward Surabaya were recorded, an increase of 22.58% from normal traffic of 55,090 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Malang, 70,157 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 17.92% from normal traffic of 59,494 vehicles.
PT JTT urges all road users to prioritize safety, plan their trips, ensure their vehicles are in prime condition, maintain sufficient electronic toll card balance, charge devices and refuel before starting the journey, and bring supplies to avoid congestion at rest areas. Always drive carefully, obey traffic signs, and follow instructions from field officers.
