Maintaining User Comfort, JTT Continues Maintenance on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (24/10) – As part of efforts to maintain infrastructure quality and ensure user comfort, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) continues routine maintenance activities on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. This activity is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to providing safe, comfortable, and smooth travel for the public.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 JTT, Amri Sanusi, explained that the maintenance work takes place from Friday, 24 October 2025 to Sunday, 2 November 2025 at several points on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road:

1.Off Ramp Cikampek Toll Gate towards Cikampek lane 2 on Friday (24/10) at 23:00 WIB – Tuesday (28/10) at 09:00 WIB

2.Citarum River Bridge KM 01+517 Karawang Timur Ramp lane towards Cikampek on Friday (24/10) at 19:00 WIB – Friday (31/10) at 10:00 WIB

3.On Ramp Cikunir towards Cikampek lane 2 on Saturday (25/10) at 13:00 WIB – Monday (27/10) at 05:00 WIB

4.KM 34+879 to KM 34+631 towards Jakarta lanes 1 and 2 on Saturday (25/10) at 09:00 WIB – Wednesday (29/10) at 21:00 WIB

5.KM 26+120 to KM 25+970 towards Jakarta lane 2 on Monday (27/10) at 09:00 WIB – Sunday (02/11) at 07:00 WIB

During the work, the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road continues to operate normally in both directions.

Meanwhile, VP Corporate Secretary & Legal JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that JTT has prepared anticipatory measures to maintain smooth traffic flow during the work, “We have deployed standby personnel, narrowed work areas, prepared contraflow if needed, and coordinated with the Highway Patrol Police to ensure traffic remains smooth and safe,” said Ria.

Ria added that this activity is not only a form of infrastructure maintenance responsibility but also a reflection of JTT’s commitment to serving the community wholeheartedly, “We want every road user to feel that their comfort is our priority. Through these maintenance activities, JTT strives to provide reliable, safe toll road services that add value to public mobility,” she said.

To ensure the information is well communicated, JTT has also disseminated notifications through advisory banners at work locations and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) in both directions of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. “We apologize for any inconvenience that may arise during the work. We urge road users to plan their travel time, ensure their vehicles are in optimal condition, and comply with signs and instructions from officers,” added Ria.
