Accident Incident at KM 58 A Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, Officers Carry Out Rapid Evacuation Action

Bekasi (19/11) – An accident occurred at KM 58+700 A, direction Cikampek, on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road on Tuesday, 18 November 2025 at 07.29 WIB. Upon receiving the information, Mobile Customer Service officers immediately carried out a rapid evacuation.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, Amri Sanusi, explained the incident based on reports from officers in the field, “This incident involved two vehicles (KR) traveling from Jakarta toward Cikampek. Based on officer statements, KR1, which was carrying cattle, was traveling in lane 1. The driver of KR1 swerved to the left to avoid an unidentified vehicle in front that suddenly reduced its speed. At the same time, KR2 behind it was allegedly unable to anticipate the situation and collided with the rear of KR1. Due to the impact, KR1 hit the road barrier, causing two cows it was transporting to escape onto the road. The final positions of both vehicles were on the outer shoulder, with normal conditions facing east,” explained Amri.

There were no casualties in this incident. The two cows that had escaped were successfully secured, and traffic conditions on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road have returned to normal in both directions. Further handling of this incident is being carried out by the West Java Highway Patrol (PJR).
