Central Java Customer Gathering: JTT Supports Safe and Comfortable Travel
Surakarta (28/11) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) held a Central Java Customer Gathering as a form of appreciation to road users as well as a platform to strengthen synergy between toll road operators, local governments, regulators, and the community. Carrying the theme “Safe on the Road, Comfortable in the Journey,” this event served as an important space to connect more closely with customers and stakeholders.
The event was attended by road users, government officials, representatives of the JTT Group Toll Road Business Entities, business partners, and relevant government agencies. The Central Java region itself is a vital Trans Java corridor that includes the Batang–Semarang section, Semarang Sections A, B, C, Semarang–Solo, and Solo–Ngawi.
In his remarks, the President Director of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol stated that this Customer Gathering is a valuable moment for the company to listen to the aspirations and expectations of the community. “For us, the Customer Gathering is not just a forum, but an opportunity to connect hearts with road users. The toll roads we operate are the routes of millions of stories, and we want to ensure each story unfolds safely and comfortably. The theme Safe on the Road, Comfortable in the Journey is a commitment we realize through road maintenance, traffic technology, standby service officers, and continuous improvements in toll road quality,” he said.
Rudi added that the company continues to prepare strategic steps to face traffic surges during peak periods. “We still have several challenges, especially in anticipating increases in vehicle volume during Christmas and New Year holidays, as well as Eid. The input from customers today becomes additional energy for us to strengthen mitigation steps and improve service quality on the ground,” he explained.
The Central Java Customer Gathering included discussion sessions, the delivery of complaints and appreciation, safety education, and presentations on JTT’s plans to enhance operational services. All feedback was recorded as a foundation for improving future services, especially ahead of the holiday season and increased traffic volume.
“Through strong collaboration and communication, we hope that every journey on the Trans Java sections becomes not only safer and more comfortable, but also more meaningful—because within it lies a maintained connection and hearts that remain in touch,” concluded the President Director of JTT.
