Supporting the Smooth Flow of Idulfitri 1447H/2026 Holiday, Today JTT Implements Toll Tariff Discounts on Trans Java Sections

Bekasi (15/03) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has implemented toll tariff discounts on Trans Java Toll Road sections in anticipation of the Idulfitri 1447H/2026 homecoming and return flow periods. This policy is part of Jasa Marga Group’s support for the Government’s efforts to improve the smooth mobility of the public during the Lebaran period, while also providing direct benefits to road users through travel cost savings.

Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that this toll tariff discount program is implemented during the homecoming and return flow periods to encourage a more even distribution of traffic and reduce the potential for congestion during peak travel times. “A 30% toll tariff discount has been implemented starting last night, March 15, 2026, at 00.00 WIB until March 16, 2026, at 24.00 WIB for all vehicle categories undertaking continuous journeys using electronic money and ensuring sufficient balance. This toll tariff discount is granted to road users traveling from Jakarta via Cikampek Utama Toll Gate on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road Section towards Semarang and exiting at Kalikangkung Toll Gate on the Batang–Semarang Toll Road Section. Meanwhile, during the return flow period, the toll tariff discount will be reimplemented for road users traveling from Semarang via Kalikangkung Toll Gate towards Jakarta and exiting at Cikampek Utama Toll Gate from March 26, 2026, at 00.00 WIB until March 27, 2026, at 24.00 WIB,” explained Ria.

Ria added, “Specifically on the Batang–Semarang Section managed by PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB), road users undertaking continuous journeys will also receive an additional discount, bringing the total toll tariff discount to approximately 46%. In addition, JSB has already implemented a toll tariff discount of around 23% for all transactions on the Batang–Semarang Section, effective from March 12 to March 31, 2026. This is intended to ensure that the benefits of the discount can be experienced by road users along the main Trans Java corridor, particularly on routes that serve as one of the primary arteries of public mobility during the Lebaran period.”

Furthermore, Ria explained that this policy not only provides economic stimulus for the public but also forms part of traffic management strategies in anticipating the surge in mobility during the Idulfitri period. With the implementation of toll tariff discounts during certain periods, it is expected that the public can be more flexible in determining their travel time so that vehicle movement is not concentrated at a specific time. “Through this toll tariff discount policy, we hope the public can better plan their journeys and take advantage of travel times outside peak homecoming and return periods, allowing for a more even distribution of traffic. Thus, travel on the Trans Java Toll Road is expected to remain smooth, safe, and comfortable for all road users,” said Ria.

JTT urges all Trans Java toll road users to continue prioritizing safety and to plan their journeys properly before entering the toll road, especially during periods with potential surges in traffic volume. Road users are expected to ensure that both vehicle and driver are in optimal condition, ensure sufficient fuel and electronic money balance, and comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers on duty.
