Supporting Smooth Traffic Flow, JTT Implements Contraflow on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road Toward Cikampek

Bekasi (25/06) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) supports the implementation of a contraflow traffic management scheme on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road toward Cikampek from KM 23 to KM 28 starting at 11:00 AM WIB, following the discretion of the Indonesian National Police. The traffic engineering measure is implemented situationally based on actual traffic volume conditions to maintain smooth traffic flow for road users.

Acting Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, explained that the implementation of the contraflow scheme is intended to support smooth traffic flow around the ongoing road maintenance work area on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.

“The contraflow implementation from KM 23 to KM 28 toward Cikampek is carried out situationally based on the discretion of the Indonesian National Police and prevailing traffic conditions. This traffic management measure is intended to maintain smooth travel for road users during the maintenance works, particularly around KM 26 toward Cikampek, where repair works are currently underway and are targeted for completion on Friday, June 26, 2026,” said Dary.

Dary added that JTT, in coordination with the Indonesian National Police, continues to monitor, evaluate, and adjust the implementation of the traffic management scheme in accordance with evolving traffic conditions. Operational personnel remain on standby in the field to ensure road user safety and maintain smooth traffic flow throughout the implementation of the contraflow scheme.

JTT apologizes for any inconvenience that road users may experience during the maintenance works and the implementation of the traffic management measures. The Company also expresses its appreciation for the patience and understanding shown by road users in supporting efforts to enhance the reliability of the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road infrastructure.

JTT encourages road users to plan their journeys in advance, ensure that both their vehicles and drivers are in good condition, have sufficient electronic money balance before entering the toll road, and comply with traffic signs as well as instructions from officers on duty. The latest traffic information can be accessed through the Travoy application or the Jasa Marga One Call Center at 133.
