Return Traffic H+7 Idulfitri 1447H/2026 Intensifies, 548 Thousand Vehicles from Eastern Trans Java Pass GT Cikampek Utama

Cikampek (29/03) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) recorded that return traffic for Idulfitri 1447H/2026 from the Eastern Trans Java region toward Jakarta continues to show high volume as it enters H+7. During the period from Eid Day (Hari H) to H+7 Idulfitri (March 21–28, 2026), a total of 548,336 vehicles passed toward Jakarta through the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT), representing a significant increase of 146.24% compared to normal traffic of 222,683 vehicles.

Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated, “Based on traffic data from H-10 to H+7 (March 11–28, 2026), a total of 724,401 vehicles departed from the Eastern Trans Java region, an increase of 45.42% compared to normal traffic of 498,128 vehicles. Meanwhile, during Shift 1 on March 29, 2026, a total of 22,088 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 197.84% from normal traffic of 7,416 vehicles. These data indicate that return traffic from the Eastern Trans Java region is still ongoing,” explained Ria.

Ria added, “To anticipate the increased vehicle volume during the return period and the implementation of traffic management measures in the form of local one-way traffic under Police discretion, from KM 263 Pejagan–Pemalang Toll Road to KM 70 Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT) Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, JTT operates 22 transaction booths to serve road users heading toward Jakarta. In addition, JTT through PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang also provides an alternative travel option for road users by applying a 23% toll discount for all transactions on the Batang–Semarang Toll Road, valid until March 31, 2026. This policy is expected to provide direct benefits to road users,” said Ria.

Meanwhile, for vehicles heading toward the Eastern Trans Java region via GT Cikampek Utama, 282,949 vehicles were recorded, up 22.93% compared to normal traffic of 230,168 vehicles.
