Demonstrating Commitment to the Community, Jasamarga Transjawa Tol Provides Social Assistance in Cirebon

Cirebon (19/08) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has provided social assistance to communities around the Representative Office (RO) 2 area of the Palikanci Toll Road as part of the Company’s commitment to supporting communities in the vicinity of its Trans Java Toll Road operations.

The social assistance provided includes environmental facilities for RW 03, Kepongpongan Village, Talun District, Cirebon; educational facilities for SDN I Ciperna, Talun, Cirebon; worship facilities for Al Ikhlas Prayer Room, RT 01/RW 07 Sumur Wuni, Harjamukti, Cirebon; as well as environmental sanitation facilities for the Buntet Village Office, Astanajapura District, Cirebon.

Acting VP of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, stated that the provision of social assistance is part of JTT’s efforts to deliver benefits that can be directly felt by communities around the Company’s operational areas.

“We provide this assistance based on the needs of the communities in each recipient area. We hope that the support for environmental, educational, worship, and sanitation facilities can support community activities while providing sustainable benefits,” said Dary.

Dary added that the presence of toll roads not only plays a role in supporting connectivity but is also expected to have a positive impact on the surrounding environment and communities. “We want JTT’s presence to continue providing added value to the community. Through social initiatives such as this, we hope to strengthen the relationships that have been established while growing together with communities around our toll road operational areas,” he added.

JTT hopes that the assistance provided will be utilized and properly maintained to ensure sustainable benefits for the recipient communities. JTT is committed to continuing to make positive contributions through various targeted social programs that provide tangible benefits to communities around the Trans Java Toll Road operational areas.
