To Alleviate Traffic Congestion, Contraflow from KM 21 to KM 23 towards Cikampek Reimplemented

Bekasi (30/09) – At the discretion of the Police, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) has implemented contraflow traffic management as an effort to alleviate traffic congestion on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road.

Senior Manager of Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Jauzy Anbiya, explained, “The contraflow from KM 21 to KM 23 towards Cikampek on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road was implemented on Wednesday (30/09) at 07:31 WIB. JTT personnel together with the Police are on site to manage traffic and ensure that the traffic management measures are implemented safely and smoothly,” explained Jauzy.

Acting VP of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, urged road users to remain cautious while traveling through the contraflow lane.

“JTT apologizes for the inconvenience and urges road users to anticipate their journeys, maintain a safe distance, reduce speed when entering the contraflow lane, and comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field,” said Dary.

JTT will continue to monitor traffic conditions and coordinate with the Police regarding the implementation of traffic management measures in accordance with conditions on the ground.

The latest traffic information is available through the Jasa Marga Group 24-hour One Call Center at 133 and the Travoy application.
