JTT Continues Infrastructure Maintenance at Several Locations on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (17/10) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) is once again carrying out maintenance work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road as part of its efforts to maintain infrastructure reliability and improve service quality for road users. The work is being carried out in stages at several locations, while prioritizing safety and smooth traffic flow throughout the maintenance process.

Senior Manager of Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Jauzy Anbiya, stated that maintenance is carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure optimal road conditions in supporting safe and comfortable journeys for road users.

“The maintenance work is being carried out in stages, taking into account traffic conditions around the work sites. We ensure that work zone safety measures and traffic management are implemented in accordance with standards to minimize the impact on road users’ journeys,” Jauzy explained.

The locations and schedules for maintenance work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road are as follows:

1. Citarum Bridge (Karawang Timur 2 Off Ramp), Lane 1, from Friday (16/10) at 10:00 PM WIB until Sunday (25/10) at 5:00 AM WIB;

2. KM 43+000 Bridge towards Jakarta, Lane 1, from Friday (16/10) at 10:00 PM WIB until Sunday (25/10) at 5:00 AM WIB;

3. Cikunir On Ramp from Bintara, Lane 1, from Friday (16/10) at 10:00 PM WIB until Monday (19/10) at 5:00 AM WIB;

4. KM 25+620 to KM 25+700 towards Cikampek, Lane 2, from Saturday (17/10) at 1:00 AM WIB until Thursday (22/10) at 12:00 AM WIB;

5. KM 25+700 to KM 25+800 towards Cikampek, Lane 2, from Saturday (17/10) at 1:00 AM WIB until Thursday (22/10) at 12:00 AM WIB; and

6. KM 29+768 to KM 29+868 towards Cikampek, Outer Shoulder and Lane 1, from Saturday (17/10) at 1:00 AM WIB until Thursday (22/10) at 12:00 AM WIB.

Acting Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT, Dary Achmad Budi, stated that JTT has prepared mitigation measures to maintain smooth traffic flow during the maintenance work, including situational traffic management and the installation of safety equipment around the work areas.

“We continue to strive to ensure that the work is carried out safely while maintaining the comfort of road users. Information regarding the maintenance work is also provided through Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), the official social media channels of Jasa Marga Group, and other information channels. We urge road users to anticipate potential congestion and comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers on site,” Dary stated.

JTT apologizes for any potential inconvenience during the maintenance work and expresses its appreciation for the understanding and cooperation of road users. Road users are advised to plan their journeys carefully, ensure that their vehicles and drivers are in good condition, maintain a safe distance, and anticipate potential congestion around the work sites.
