JTT Ensures Optimal Services During the Long Holiday Travel Period
Bekasi (30/04) – In anticipation of increased traffic volume during the long holiday period, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road (JTT) ensures that all operational services across the Trans Java toll road sections continue to run optimally, supported by full readiness across all service lines.
JTT continues to prioritize excellent service through strengthened operations along the Jakarta–Cikampek, Palimanan–Kanci, Batang–Semarang, Semarang ABC, and Surabaya–Gempol Toll Road sections. Various strategic measures are implemented in a measured and situational manner to maintain traffic flow, safety, and user comfort.
Vice President Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT JTT, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that service enhancements are focused on optimizing transaction capacity at toll gates as well as strengthening traffic patrol and monitoring.
“JTT ensures the readiness of traffic service fleets, including 29 tow trucks, 7 ambulances, 6 rescue units, 17 Highway Patrol (PJR) units, and 19 Mobile Customer Service (MCS) units, all operating 24 hours. Traffic conditions are monitored in real time through CCTV integrated with the central traffic control center, and supported by Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) to provide up-to-date information to road users,” explained Ria.
JTT also continues to coordinate with the Police to anticipate potential traffic congestion, including the implementation of traffic engineering measures if necessary, in accordance with Police discretion.
In terms of Rest Area (TIP) services, JTT together with rest area operators ensures the availability of public facilities such as toilets, clean water, parking areas, as well as environmental cleanliness and security to support user comfort during travel.
Ria added that JTT remains committed to delivering a safe and comfortable travel experience for all road users.
“For us, every journey matters. During this long holiday period, JTT is present with services that remain optimal and attentive, allowing road users to travel with a sense of safety and peace of mind. This reflects our commitment to continuously serve with excellence,” said Ria.
With integrated and continuous preparedness, JTT aims to provide smooth, safe, and memorable journeys along the Trans Java toll road network during the long holiday period.
JTT urges all road users to ensure their vehicles are in roadworthy condition, maintain sufficient electronic toll card balances, and utilize rest areas when feeling fatigued. Road users are also encouraged to comply with traffic signs and follow officers’ instructions on site.
