JTT Urges Road Users to Plan Ahead During Maintenance Work on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (20/08) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) urges road users to anticipate additional travel time as routine maintenance work continues at several locations along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, which commenced on Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The maintenance work is part of JTT’s commitment to maintaining infrastructure reliability and service quality for road users.

Acting Vice President of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, stated that the maintenance work is being carried out in stages, with situational traffic management implemented around the work areas.

“We apologize for any potential inconvenience or traffic delays that road users may experience during the maintenance work. The pavement reconstruction work commenced on August 18, 2026, and is currently ongoing at several locations along the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. JTT continues to maintain the reliability of the toll road through routine maintenance to ensure that it remains safe, comfortable, and reliable for road users. The ongoing works include KM 34+631 to KM 34+521 and KM 23+500 to KM 23+380 toward Jakarta, Lane 1, which are scheduled to continue until Friday, August 21, 2026,” said Dary.

During the maintenance work, the work areas have been equipped with safety equipment in accordance with operational standards and supported by information dissemination through Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Jasa Marga Group’s official social media channels, and advisory banners around the work areas.

Dary added that JTT continues to minimize the impact of the maintenance work on traffic by ensuring that all stages of the work are carried out effectively and in a coordinated manner.

“We also express our appreciation and gratitude to all road users for their patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout the maintenance process. We urge road users to plan their journeys carefully, ensure that their vehicles and drivers are in good condition, maintain a safe following distance, and comply with road signs and instructions from officers in the field,” Dary concluded.
