Ensuring Smooth Journeys, JTT Implements Traffic Management at Cikunir Interchange

Bekasi (16/10) – PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) is implementing traffic management measures in connection with roadwork at the Cikunir Interchange (SS) towards Cikampek on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road. The work will take place from Friday, October 16, 2026, at 9:00 PM WIB until Monday, October 19, 2026, at 5:00 AM WIB. These measures are implemented to ensure traffic safety and smooth traffic flow during the work.

Senior Manager of Representative Office 1 of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Jauzy Anbiya, explained that the traffic management measures specifically apply to Class V Lowbed-type vehicles traveling from Tanjung Priok towards Cikampek, while Class I to IV vehicles can continue to use the route.

“During the work, Class V Lowbed-type vehicles traveling from Tanjung Priok towards Cikampek are advised to use alternative routes, one of which is the Cibitung–Cilincing Toll Road. As another alternative, Class V Lowbed-type vehicles that are already approaching the Cikunir Interchange access may be directed through Cikunir 3 Toll Gate towards Jakarta, then exit via the Jatiwaringin access and re-enter the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road towards Cikampek,” Jauzy explained.

Jauzy added that the traffic management measures are implemented to support the smooth execution of the work while prioritizing road user safety.

“We ensure that officers are stationed around the work site to assist in directing vehicles and remind road users to pay attention to traffic signs and follow the instructions of officers on site,” Jauzy added.

Meanwhile, Acting VP of Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, expressed his apologies for any inconvenience that may arise during the work and appreciation to all road users for their understanding and cooperation.

“We apologize for any inconvenience that may be experienced during the work and appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all road users. We urge road users to plan their journeys carefully, pay attention to traffic signs, and follow the instructions of officers on site to ensure safe and smooth journeys for everyone,” Dary stated.

JTT also urges road users to ensure that their vehicles and drivers are in good condition and to anticipate potential congestion around the work site. The latest traffic information is available through the Jasa Marga Group One Call Center at 133 or the Travoy application.
