Supporting Smooth Traffic Flow, JTT Implements Contraflow from KM 23 to KM 28 Toward Cikampek on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road

Bekasi (10/08) – As part of its efforts to maintain smooth traffic flow and alleviate traffic congestion on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT), under the discretion of the Police, has implemented a contraflow traffic management measure on the Jakarta–Cikampek Toll Road from KM 23 to KM 28 toward Cikampek starting at 07:00 WIB.

Acting Corporate Secretary & Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol, Dary Achmad Budi, stated that the implementation of the contraflow is carried out situationally, taking into consideration the traffic conditions on site.

“The contraflow traffic management from KM 23 to KM 28 toward Cikampek is implemented under the discretion of the Police as an effort to support smooth journeys for road users. JTT, together with the Police, will continue to monitor traffic conditions and conduct regular evaluations,” said Dary.

JTT apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the traffic congestion. JTT advises road users to anticipate their journey, maintain the appropriate speed when passing through the contraflow area, ensure that their vehicles are in good condition, ensure sufficient balance on their electronic toll cards, and comply with traffic signs and instructions from officers in the field.

The latest traffic information is available through the Jasa Marga One Call Center at 133 and the Travoy application.
