Entering H-3 of the long holiday period for the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol recorded an increase in vehicle traffic volume at a number of main toll gates in the Trans Java region

 

Cikampek (15/09), Entering H-3 of the Prophet Muhammad SAW long holiday period, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol recorded an increase in the volume of vehicle traffic at a number of Main Toll Gates (GT) in the Trans Java Region spread across West Java, Central Java and East Java.

 

1. West Java region

a. Cikampek Main Toll Gate

A total of 50,602 vehicles headed to the Trans Java East Region via the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate (GT). The total volume of vehicles passing through the Cikampek Utama GT increased by 54.32% compared to normal traffic of 32,790 vehicles. Meanwhile, vehicles entering from the Trans Java Eastern Region were recorded at 28,782 vehicles or an increase of 4.53% from normal traffic of 27,534 vehicles.

 

2. Central Java region

a. GT Kalikangkung

The volume of vehicles from GT Kalikangkung to Semarang, on the third day of the Prophet Muhammad SAW long holiday period, was recorded at 24,676 vehicles or an increase of 53.07% from normal traffic of 16,121 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Jakarta, there were 15,840 vehicles or an increase of 15.77% from normal traffic of 13,682 vehicles.

 

b. GT Banyumanik

On H-3 of the long holiday period for the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday, there were 32,025 vehicles going to Solo via GT Banyumanik or an increase of 33.18% from normal traffic of 24,046 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Jakarta, there were 19,381 vehicles or an increase of 11.38% compared to normal traffic of 17,401 vehicles. 

 

3. East Java region

a. GT Warugunung

On H-3 of the long holiday period for the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday, there were 21,849 vehicles heading to Surabaya via GT Warugunung or an increase of 15.74% compared to normal traffic of 18,878 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Jakarta via GT Warugunung, there were 23,501 vehicles or an increase of 26.13% compared to normal traffic of 18,633 vehicles.

 

b. GT Kejapanan Utama

On H-3 of the long holiday period for the Prophet Muhammad SAW's birthday, there were 29,809 vehicles heading to Malang or an increase of 16.49% from normal traffic of 25,590 vehicles. For vehicles heading to Surabaya, there were 28,951 vehicles, an increase of 14.98% from normal traffic of 25,180 vehicles. 

 

PT JTT appealed to Trans Java toll road users to prepare themselves before entering the journey on the toll road. Make sure you and your vehicle are in top condition, ensure you have sufficient fuel and electronic money balance, and obey the signs and directions of officers in the field.
